There's always a new productivity tool and hack.. However, I've followed a system that has worked for me over the past decade. It has stood the test of time. It's as simple as this 👇 1️⃣ Write down the top 3 tasks of the day → Keeps me clear and outcome-focused → One of the top 3 tasks is the 'frog' → The frog is high-friction and has a high ROI. Get the frog done first. 2️⃣ Block time slots for the top tasks → Mornings: blocked for deep work → Afternoons: open for meetings. → No work after sundown Focus shifts to family after sunset. Identify shifts too. 3️⃣ Set Pomodoro timers for the top tasks → The best way to break resistance → Keep a physical Pomodoro on your desk if needed 4️⃣ Work async, especially in the mornings 100% of my first half is async. 80% of my total work is async. → Fewer calls, more creation, better thinking → Open calendars help creativity flow → This is the case for me now, and may not be the case for everyone 5️⃣ Use tools intentionally, find ones you can stick to for years 80% of my work is done within TickTick & Google Drive. → I've been using these tools for years → Reduces cognitive load and switching costs → Eliminates 'productivity FOMO' Productivity isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters. We should talk about what has worked over years, and not just what's new and shiny.. Have a productive week ahead! Regards, Rishabh |

Most people think that building serious wealth requires complex stock picking, constant market monitoring, or high-priced fund managers. I used to think that, too. But over the years, I've realized that the most effective way to build a ₹10 Crore+ net worth isn't through complexity: it’s through extreme simplicity. I’ve just released a new video where I break down my entire "Sleep Well at Night" (SWAN) portfolio. In about 30 minutes, I share everything I’ve learned about reaching an...
When you’re early in your journey, being “smart” feels attractive. You want the best strategy, the optimal approach, the fastest path. If I look back at most of the mistakes I’ve made in money, work, health, even relationships, they usually came from the same place: Trying to be clever instead of being consistent. I’ve been there. What experience slowly taught me is this:simple systems, followed for a long time, outperform smart ideas that are hard to sustain. Complexity feels productive....
There is something more important than making money. And I've realised this after making "enough". It is to know when to take things easy. Most anxiety around money doesn’t come from lack of income. For years, I thought more clarity would come after hitting bigger numbers. More revenue. Bigger portfolio. Another milestone. What I learned instead is that clarity comes from the opposite direction that was from defining enough early. Once you know what “enough” looks like, money stops being...
