  3. Less Caffeine, More Hydration
    • Reduce coffee intake; prioritise water and herbal teas.
  4. Less Processed Food, More Fresh Produce
    • Stick to whole, unprocessed ingredients for better health.
  5. Less Overworking, More Sleep
    • Prioritise 7-8 hours of restful sleep every night.
  6. Less Fatigue, More Recovery
    • Include rest days and focus on flexibility and recovery activities.

Personal Development

  1. Fewer Thoughts, More Mindfulness
    • Practise meditation and journaling for mental clarity.
  2. Less Consumption, More Creation
    • Spend more time creating (writing, planning) than consuming content.
  3. Less Perfectionism, More Progress
    • Focus on completing tasks rather than making them perfect.
  4. Less Procrastination, More Action
    • Break large tasks into smaller steps and act immediately.
